Freeze-Dried Pork Brain

An organ meat that contains omega 3 & 6 fatty acids (anti-inflammatory properties), macro and micronutrients that are beneficial for the nervous system/cognitive function, Pork Brain also consist of Iron and Zinc which are important for cellular function, oxygen transportation and metabolism.

The texture is soft. Can be serve as a whole or cuts. 

Each Pork Brain measures approximately 7cm x 5 cm.
