Shelf-life

What is the shelf-life of your products?
An expiry date is indicated on each packaging. 
For our treats, please keep it in a cool & dry place away from the sunlight and refrigerate after opening to extend shelf-life and for freshness.

Delivery

What delivery options do you have?
We offer local door-to-door delivery service.
Free delivery with order >$45.

When will I receive my goods?
You will receive your order within 3 working days. 

Can we ask for a specific timing for delivery?
Unfortunately no, as we are using a third-party delivery service.

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship locally at the moment. But will definitely extend our products for international order in the near future.

Subscription

How do I access information/add items/make edits relating to my subscription? 
You will need to create a customer account using the same email address you used for subscription sign up. All purchases made will be reflected in the account including subscription information. Edits can be made through the customer account. 

Why can't I edit my subscription cart?
There is a minimum of 3 cycles to fulfil before edits to the cart are allowed. The terms for subscription can be found in the products page at the section where you select subscription to check out.

Payment

What payment options do you have?
We currently only accept Amex, Visa and Mastercard.

Exchange & Refund Policy

Can I exchange or refund my items?
As treats and wellness products are consumables, we are unable to provide exchange or refund.

However, please do write to us and we can see if there is something we can work out.

For our thermal flask, we provide exchange for manufacturing defects. Please write to us and attached a photo of the defect within 3 days upon receiving your order.
